"That the Human Being should Work and suffer and learn and forget and return / To the dark valley from which he came to begin his work again."
I remembered this verse from Blake.
A woman screaming on the sidewalk, throws things in a building, people start walking down the street.
Two strong men, then one more, age old, well dressed, shout at her:
"It's public property, you're going to be arrested, you walk."
I walk one more block, two boys lying in the door of the super-market.
A smell of burning. Instinctively, I look around, a burning dump?
The church seems very normal, a group of people observes something.
A dark mountain of iron, gray clouds.
I continue my journey, I finally decide to arrive in the square. Bang. Fallen rubble in a truck making noise. The whole block sealed off by the police.
Lots of people lying on the floor, lots of things spread out on the floor, tent, mattress, church Our Lady of the Rosary of the Black Men, clutter, the house on the street.
A red-haired man says he knew one of the victims. But it is against Bolsa Familia. He worked and won.
"She wanted to make hair the color of my own." She worked. Too bad the two twins.
One girl says that "these people earn a thousand and our judges earn 45 grand."
- There are people who are registered in housing programs for more than 10 years, man says.
Apparently people were abandoned, they are unprotected. And so many empty real estate.
I think the image is related to a refugee camp. They are the forgotten ones of the earth, they are the people who can no longer be citizens, who flee from the war against drugs or the fire that someone created.
